PORSCHE 981 GT4 WALK AROUND AND TOUR, I know I didn't give you guys a proper unveiling of the 981 GT4, in my haste to release it to you guys. I was pretty thrilled during my initial review of the Porsche GT4, and definitely never thought it would ever be in my possession. You guys demanded a proper walk around of the Porsche 981 GT4, and a tour, and I'm grateful to share this moment with you. Yes I have been (RTFM), and trying to stay off the forums, while I understand the GT4 from the Manual's perspective. Let's get this out of the way, because I already received an offer, and I literally just picked up the car, NO it's NOT FOR SALE! So the 981 Variant of the Porsche GT4, wasn't necessarily a limited production run, however the Flat 6 3.8 Liter was replaced by the 718 Turbro Variant, if you watch till the end of this video you may find a surprise, hit me up in the comments to claim that (first ten). So obviously, the Porsche 981 GT4 is a rather large step in this journey, as I search for Driving Nirvana, and one I never imagined I'd be taking on this Channel, and I wanted to thank you all with this video. I wanted you to really share some of the depth of the car as I learn about the GT4. If you know me, you know, there's very few cars I want to keep for myself, but if I could keep them all, this is one of my Dream Cars, and definitely not something I ever thought was within my grasp. The GT4 was available only with a 6 speed manual transmission and weighed 1,340 kg (2,954 lb). It has a vented front bumper to improve cooling for the additional radiator, with a lower lip spoiler as well as a fixed rear wing for providing downforce. Compared to the standard Cayman, it features a 30 mm lower ride height, upgraded brakes from the 991 GT3, a limited slip differential combined with Porsche Torque Vectoring, and Porsche Active Suspension Management with dampers derived from the 991 GT3.
